Abstract


Climate change is one of the major challenges of our century and becomes a major research topic. Obtaining rapid provision of information about dangerous hydro meteorological phenomena becomes a necessity. This paper presents a device able to provide information on rainfall characteristics and vertical development of clouds, which generates precipitations to effectively manage the hazardous phenomena they generate.
